AMP has come up with an incredible insurance cover for when you are travelling. Travel insurance is one product that is short term, but covers your basic needs when away from home.

A travel insurance contract is normally short-term, beginning and ending on predetermined dates - i.e. the dates you depart and arrive back at home. Some travellers choose to purchase travel insurance as soon as they've paid for their tickets, providing cover in the event that they need to cancel their bookings. We do recommend an exclusive insurance product through our travel insurance policy, which is New Zealand’s most reputable insurance cover.

The premium of our policy is based on the estimated number of days to be travelled for one year within a corporation. Once the master policy is issued, cover is in place for one year and your travel agent will declare your travel days to us each time you travel. At the end of the period of cover the premium is adjusted according to the actual days that have been travelled.
